    The funny thing is, it’s neither a sword dropoff nor an amnesty. I think it’s intention is to get the knives covered in this article.

    As for the amnesty part: “Lord Advocate Colin Boyd will retain his right to prosecute if there is evidence a knife has been used in an offence.”

    I just love Britain. There stands a monument to what the U.S. didn’t want to become.
