My company is switching to another telco and changing to a new phone system. A plan was laid down to insure that little to no problems would be encountered when we do the switch. Well as luck would have it last week the main switch for our long distance provider went out and did come back up for 6 hours. Now the voicemail system for the current system went down and we are having to get a replacement just 5 days before the new system is to be installed. What luck.
